Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Leader to lead and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of campaign strategy and performance analysis, with a proven track record of generating leads, driving conversions, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Launch, and Optimize Paid Campaigns:
  • Manage full-funnel performance marketing strategy, including audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, brand, and product teams to craft compelling ad experiences.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance and take action to improve Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rates, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and ROAS.
  • Work closely with design & content, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign assets.
  • Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and dashboards.
  • Stay updated on the latest ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns for B2C or travel brands.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong ROAS.
  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.
