Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users worldwide, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
  • Coordinate relationships with vendors and support staff to resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Respond to user inquiries, diagnose issues through discussion, research, and analysis.
  • Manage tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Desk/helpdesk/desktop support engineer.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and information security concepts (ISO 27001).
  • Fluency in English with neutral accent is essential for supporting global users.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL V4 certification.
  • Prior experience supporting global users in US, UK, and Europe.
  • Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
