  • We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 13-15 years of experience working on construction sites, with a proven track record of executing large projects.
  • This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a project management team through all stages of civil construction, MEP, and fit-out projects.
  • The successful candidate will be well-versed in design and construction aspects of Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines, with excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, computerized reporting, and MS Office software.
  • In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders, with a strong command of local language both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to project management teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 13-15 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of executing large projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in local language (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, computerized reporting, and MS Office software.
