Construction Project Coordinator Job

This role involves overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical structures in buildings and infrastructure within the construction process.

About the Role:
  • Regularly inspect construction sites to ensure that work is being carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and method statements.
  • Conduct quality and safety checks to identify any issues and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Verify that all materials used on the project meet required standards and are stored and handled correctly.
  • Ensure that workers follow approved method statements and standard operating procedures for construction work.
  • Document inspections and tests conducted on the construction site and maintain accurate records of construction progress, material usage, and labor hours.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of construction progress and any issues that arise.
  • Monitoring quality standards as per QAP guidelines.
  • Ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Guiding working agencies on available work fronts.
  • Conducting regular inspections and checking for all quality-related procedures on the site and ensuring activities at the site are performed as per approved method statements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience, particularly in hospital projects.
  • Technical knowledge of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
