Key Role:

Job Description:

  • Coordinate project activities according to timelines.
  • Ensure timely work execution on site.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants and contractors for smooth functioning at site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years experience in construction management.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and local language mandatory.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule project activities.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Maintain records and identify potential delays.
  • Implement corrective actions and suggest value engineering to reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental policies.
  • Prepare MIS reports and ensure minimal material wastage.
