Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters in Construction Management or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of project execution experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale residential real estate projects.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, project controls, regulations, and urban planning norms.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
