Job Title: Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover. This includes ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

About the Role
  • Oversight and monitoring of all aspects of construction across stages, including approvals, construction, and handover.
  • Work on large-scale projects featuring hotels, convention centers, commercial offices, retail, and entertainment spaces.
Key Responsibilities
  • Align individual asset performance with agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Report project progress, budgets, management MIS, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Implement industry-leading project management practices and ensure internal and external teams meet skill and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment with group-level project objectives and outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultant partners and other external stakeholders where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
  • Rigorous EHS processes and performance metrics to deliver Safe and Environment-friendly best practices.
  • Comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management, monitoring, and coordination for real estate projects.
  • Demonstrated track record in working on project management roles in large developers, corporate, and project management companies.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project), and MS Office and project management tools.
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering /Architecture (B.E/B. Arch) with Post Graduate in Project Management from premier institute like NICMAR, S.P.A, IIT etc.
