This Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) role offers a fixed-salary position with high expectations. You'll work closely with our Founder, attending key meetings, structuring discussions, managing follow-ups, and ensuring execution across teams.

You'll be responsible for managing high-context switching across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and investor conversations. This may involve traveling with or without our Founder and handling fast-paced schedules to drive key programs that directly impact growth and scale.

We're open to hiring entrepreneurs with real scars from scaling a startup, whether successful or not. Our ideal candidate is a high-agency problem-solver who thinks and acts like a co-founder, bringing clarity to chaos, structure to complexity, and hustle to execution.
