Job Overview

The Student Guidance Specialist will be responsible for transforming qualified leads into paid customers through various channels.

  • Drive Conversions: Convert qualified inbound leads to paid enrollments via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video, owning the funnel from first touch to payment.
  • Own Onboarding: Guide students through documents, timelines, and milestones, coordinating handoffs with operations through the visa stage.
  • CRM Excellence: Operate in Intercom (or similar) with rigorous pipeline hygiene, activity logging, segments/views, sequences, and weekly reporting.
  • Partner Outreach: Conduct targeted outbound to schools, counselors, influencers, and ambassadors to generate referrals and co-marketing.
  • Educate & Guide: Clearly explain pathways, timelines, and expectations, handling objections on fees, fit, and safety.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly conversion and collection goals.
  • Report Progress: Publish weekly dashboards on response times, contact attempts, show-up rate, conversion, and revenue collected.

Requirements:

  • Experience Required: 3–6+ years in study-abroad/education services sales for the Indian market with consistent conversions.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing paid enrollments and meeting monthly targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Intercom preferred; HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, basic GA4/Clarity awareness, spreadsheets; comfort with call recording/QA.
  • Communication: Strong English and Hindi; additional Indian languages are a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with command of funnel math (attempts, connects, show-ups, close rate, collection rate).
