Post-Sale Customer Service Specialist

This role involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests following a sale. Key responsibilities include coordinating with technical and service teams to resolve issues promptly, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and follow-up actions, providing support in warranty claims, replacements, and repairs, communicating effectively with customers to keep them informed about service progress and status, monitoring service quality, gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement, collaborating with the sales and logistics teams for timely product delivery and installation, generating reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and issue trends, educating customers on product usage, maintenance, and best practices, and ensuring compliance with service standards.
