
Business Development Representative

As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for proactively calling prospective clients from provided leads and directories.
You will engage in meaningful conversations with HNI/UHNI clients, conveying the value of our premium products and offerings in a polished, professional tone.
Qualify potential leads, schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team, and maintain call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Skills required include excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written, as well as a pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills are essential, along with prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination.
Comfortable speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally, ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.
