Deputy Manager

To drive growth in the Middle East, we are looking for a results-driven leader who can lead our international sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue
  • We are seeking an individual who can hit sales targets and maintain profit margins.
  • The successful candidate will expand our presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners.
  • This role involves ensuring excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.
Market Strategy
  • You will research market trends and competition to inform our entry and growth plans.
  • This will involve using insights to define our strategy and lead efforts to open new business in target markets.
Business Development
  • The ideal candidate will visit and nurture relationships with partners, negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements, and manage the full order cycle: quotes – delivery – invoicing.
  • You will also monitor payments and follow up promptly.
Sales & Marketing Support
  • This role involves helping with regional campaigns and promotions, representing the company at exhibitions and trade events, and tracking performance and sharing improvement insights.
Team Collaboration
  • You will work with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams, facilitating communication to meet company objectives.
Risk & Compliance
  • The successful candidate will spot risks related to regulations or geopolitics, support mitigation planning, and stay updated on trade rules and advise teams.
