Customer Success Expert Wanted

We're seeking an accomplished Customer Success Manager to foster enduring partnerships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor in their growth journey.

  • Deliver tailored solutions and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of client needs and goals, driving long-term value for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Product Implementation experts during onboarding.
  2. Drive product adoption and ensure customers see tangible value in the platform.
  3. Present campaign plans to accounts (if part of your account scope).
  4. Set up and lead Executive Business Reviews (monthly to annually), including deck creation.
  5. Build strong relationships with champions and decision-makers.
  6. Ensure timely renewals and drive up-sell opportunities.
  7. Act as the escalation point when needed.
  8. Share customer feedback proactively with the Product to influence the roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience; at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role (customer success or account management).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of Excel & SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills and strong client servicing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing campaign planning.
