Human Resource Training Specialist

Brief Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assume the role of Human Resource Training Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our staff in various areas, including Recruitment, Compensation, and Performance Management.
  • Key responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating program effectiveness. The successful candidate must have a strong ability to analyze complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
