Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide guidance, support, and counseling services to employees dealing with personal, professional, or behavioral issues. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee issues with empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling and guidance to employees on various personal and professional matters.
  • Help employees manage stress, anxiety, and workplace challenges through proactive measures.
  • Maintain a harmonious workplace by mediating conflicts and grievances effectively.
  • Develop and implement awareness programs on mental health, stress management, and positive work culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and active listening ability.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of employee welfare practices and labor-related concerns.
• Ability to build trust with workers at all levels.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, HR, or related field.
• 2-5 years of counseling experience preferably in industrial factory setup.
