HR/Admin Manager Position

This role involves leading the administrative and human resources functions within a hotel setting.

Main Responsibilities:Human Resource Management
  • Oversee all aspects of recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR policies.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee handbook and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Moderate disciplinary actions and provide support for conflict resolution.
Administrative Support
  • Supervise general administration including staff accommodations, uniforms, and facilities management.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks across departments ensuring seamless support.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll-related data in conjunction with the finance department.
Strategic Partnership
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop effective workforce planning, cost control measures, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of service quality aligned with the hotel's vision.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements to HR and administrative processes.

This role requires a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with 3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably as an HR Admin Manager.
