Chief Operations Strategist

Job Title

Key leadership role that supports the smooth functioning of the organization through effective business operations and people management.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff members.
• Ensure business planning in line with operational requirements.
• Develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Drive engagement initiatives, training, and performance management systems.
• Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions fairly and professionally.

• Oversee general administrative operations including facilities, transport, and welfare services.
• Maintain records, attendance, and payroll-related data in coordination with finance.
• Monitor contracts and liaise with external agencies for administrative requirements.
• Implement workplace health standards in collaboration with management.

• Assist the General Manager in workforce planning, cost control, and organizational development.
• Contribute towards building a strong work culture aligned with the organization's service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all HR and operational audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry with at least 1 year in a Business Operations Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of business practices, statutory compliances, and industry standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
