
Business Development Representative

Key Role:
The Inside Sales Professional will be the primary point of contact for students, answering incoming calls and handling student queries. This role involves identifying potential leads, capturing lead details accurately, and tagging them in the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming student calls via our support lines.
- Clearly communicate course offerings and basic features.
- Assign hot leads to the outbound sales team as required.
- Maintain a high call pickup and response rate.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant and patient tone while handling student queries.
- Basic data entry and lead tagging in CRM tools.
- Good listener with empathy toward students' concerns.
- Discipline in following SOPs and scripts.
