Strategic Planning Professional

We are seeking a seasoned strategic planning expert to join our team. The role involves driving and steering the annual planning cycle, monitoring industry trends, and providing data-driven strategic recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, life sciences, or a related field, with 3-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, M&A advisory, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of strategic plans and initiatives for various business areas.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and analyze global and local industry reports.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer analysis based on project requirements.
  • Develop and present business cases, financial projections, and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
  • Engage in business development and M&A projects by identifying potential targets and supporting due diligence processes.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to support business needs.
  • Formulate detailed project plans, facilitate team meetings, and ensure adherence to workflow processes.
  • Monitor progress of projects, including achievements, action items, risks/concerns, and resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
  • A master's/MBA degree is preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, M&A advisory, or a related field.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills with a focus on translating insights and data into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analysis skills, with experience in addressing complex and diverse business problems.
  • Advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, mainly PowerPoint and Excel Analysis.
  • Ability to be self-directed, prioritize opportunities, and perform multiple tasks.
