Job Title: Strategic Financial Planning Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning and management processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvement initiatives
  • Manage financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Analyse complex financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in finance, with experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with stakeholders at all levels
  • A high level of technical expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
