We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in out-of-home (OOH) media planning and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve client objectives.

Key responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, sales, and account teams to understand business objectives and OOH advertising strategies; developing OOH campaign plans that help clients achieve their goals; and being an expert user of our planning product, interacting with the Product & Engineering team to provide feedback and requests.

The successful candidate will also work on multiple campaigns simultaneously, effectively communicate with creative agencies, clients, and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns, execute decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns, undertake research and analyze data using specialist industry resources, identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior, and media habits, present proposals to clients, and develop and maintain excellent relationships with OOH media suppliers.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will require strong organizational, communication, and hustle skills, as well as the ability to work under deadline pressure from multiple sources. Experience working with analytics tools and spreadsheets is also essential.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 4-7 years of experience in OOH media planning

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools and spreadsheets
