About the Role:

  • Design, configure, and deliver strategic planning solutions across multiple business areas.
  • Develop forecasting and budgeting models in collaboration with finance teams, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and EPM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure EPBCS applications for various planning modules, including Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.
  • Implement calculation rules, forms, and driver-based models to support forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate planning requirements into technical solutions and templates.
  • Build and maintain key project artifacts: Configuration documents, design specs, test scripts.
  • Ensure delivery quality across development, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Provide production support for planning applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Oracle EPM experience with at least 3+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience configuring various planning modules.
  • Strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View, and planning templates.
  • Good understanding of finance planning cycles (AOP, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, monthly/quarterly forecasts).
  • Familiarity with ERP/EPM integration flows and data management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
