
Strategic HR Ops Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead and execute critical HR initiatives while ensuring an excellent employee experience. The role will focus on driving efficiency, compliance, and process standardization across all HR operations.
- Lead ownership and execution of core HR operational activities, including HRMS management, payroll processing, compliance management, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure smooth HR service delivery, consistent employee experience, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage HR dashboards, generate insights, and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Oversee efficient functioning of the company's internal HR portal.
- Drive process automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage internal and external HR audits with full compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing employee queries effectively.
- Manage Full & Final settlements with accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Maintain integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data in compliance with data protection and security standards.
- Mentor and guide the HR operations team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in HR operations with at least 2 years in a management role. They should have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment, as well as proven expertise in payroll processing, compliance, HRMS, and HR operations.
Additional requirements include excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to handle queries, manage multiple priorities, and drive ad hoc projects. Exposure to automation and process optimization in HR operations is an advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations
- At least 2 years in a management role

- Proven expertise in payroll processing, compliance, HRMS, and HR operations
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills
