
Strategic HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our company’s HR strategies, ensuring that our organization remains competitive in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee engagement initiatives
- Lead the recruitment process for key positions, ensuring a robust talent pipeline
- Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances in a fair and timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- At least 6 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
