Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, including employee records management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and assisting in recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training sessions
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Skills in Training coordination and facilitation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
