HR Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to scheduling interviews
    • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
    • Administer onboarding process and documentation
  • Payroll Processing
    • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
    • Handle salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory regulations
  • Employee Relations & Administration
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
    • Oversee attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and employee inquiries
  • HR Documentation & Compliance
    • Develop HR policies, letters, appointment, and relieving documents
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements for this position include 1-3 years of experience in HR – recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions. A knowledge of payroll software is also necessary, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a graduate degree in HR or a related field.
