Position: HR Manager Location: Kollam, Kerala Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹65,000 per month About Us: Prasanthi Group is a diversified business group with operations in construction, rentals, hospitality, maufacturing, and trading. Role Overview: We are looking for a results-oriented HR Manager who can set up and manage our HR function with a strong focus on KPI-based performance management. The ideal candidate should not only handle recruitment, payroll, and compliance but also design and implement employee scorecards linked to KPIs and increments. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Design and implement employee scorecards to track productivity, quality, timeliness, and extra effort. Link scorecards to KPI-driven appraisal & increment policies. Oversee payroll, leave, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Develop HR policies, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Submit weekly HR updates and quarterly performance dashboards to management. Requirements: MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).

Knowledge in HRMS softwares.

Multiindustry background prefereed

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction/manufacturing/hospitality sectors.

Proven experience in KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance-based increment systems. Strong knowledge of Indian HR laws, payroll, and compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20, ₹75,000.00 per month
