About this role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of daily HR and administrative functions.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume shortlisting, coordination with placement agencies, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage basic HR operations such as attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation.
  • Create and communicate internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices professionally.
  • Develop and maintain Excel reports, HR dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for reviews and audits.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, awareness drives, and cleanliness campaigns in alignment with best practices.
  • Interact with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances.
  • Ensure compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, placement consultants, and training institutes for hiring activities.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • A fresh graduate or diploma holder with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Familiarity with job portals and the ability to connect with training/placement partners.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
