Optimize Manufacturing Processes for Efficiency and Sustainability

 

The ideal candidate will optimize our manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability. This involves monitoring production parameters and maintaining process stability, conducting root cause analysis for process deviations, leading efficiency and yield improvement projects, supporting trials of new raw materials and process technologies, standardizing and documenting operating procedures, and contributing to sustainability projects focused on energy and resource reduction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production parameters and maintain process stability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations.
  • Lead efficiency and yield improvement projects.
  • Support trials of new raw materials and process technologies.
  • Standardize and document operating procedures.
  • Contribute to sustainability projects focused on energy and resource reduction.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
  • 0–3 years of process engineering or manufacturing experience; new graduates are welcome.
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical data.
  • Familiarity with process modeling or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
