Process Improvement Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Process Improvement Specialist. As a key member of our process improvement team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes across various domains.


Mandatory Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role
  • Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (required)
  • Familiarity with process mining tools such as Celonis and UiPath Process Mining
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath and Automation Anywhere
  • Strong programming background with Python for data manipulation and analysis

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and improve business processes using process mining and automation tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign and optimize workflows
  • Develop automated solutions using RPA tools to streamline repetitive tasks
  • Provide actionable insights through advanced data analysis and visualization
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Work in an Agile setup contributing to sprints and iterative process improvement

Skills & Competencies:
  • Analytical & Technical Skills:
    • Deep understanding of process analysis and lean methodology
    • Proficiency in Python with libraries like Pandas and NumPy
    • Familiarity with additional languages like R or JavaScript
    • Experience with cloud platforms for data handling and processing
  • Tools Expertise:
    • Process Mining: Celonis, UiPath Process Mining
    • RPA: UiPath, Automation Anywhere
    • Agile tools: Jira, Confluence
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Effective stakeholder management
    • Good project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of task mining and process simulation
  • Exposure to data visualization tools
