Key Responsibilities
  1. Application Support: Provide comprehensive L2 and L3 level application support for FICO Blaze BRMS products, addressing and resolving complex issues.
  2. Development & Testing: Drive CR (Change Request) development and unit testing for new functionalities and enhancements.
  3. Bug Fixing & Testing Support: Implement efficient bug fixes and provide dedicated support for SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases, ensuring solution quality.
  4. Release & Deployment Management: Manage the end-to-end process of releasing and deploying new changes into the Production environment, ensuring stability and minimal disruption.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in L2 and L3 application support for FICO Blaze BRMS products.
  • Proficiency in CR development and unit testing.
  • Strong ability to perform bug fixes.
  • Experience in supporting SIT and UAT testing.
  • Competence in releasing and deploying changes into production.
  • Solid understanding of FICO Blaze BRMS.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
