The role of Business Development Manager involves managing a team to achieve designated sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.

Main Accountabilities include Direct Sales & Indirect (Channel) Sales as well as Account Management.

Direct Sales:
  • Drive the performance of channel partners to increase market reach
  • Maintain accounts receivable to the desired level

Indirect (Channel) Sales:
  • Appoint and manage distributors for product range
  • Plan and implement market coverage strategies based upon business potential & growth

Account Management:
  • Develop strategic long-term business relationships with customers
  • Provide weekly, monthly sales forecasts

Education, Experience & Skills:
  • Graduation or Equivalent educational qualification- BE /B Tech & MBA is desired
  • 4 – 6 years plus experience in ideally radiology or medical devices
