Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring our services exceed their expectations.

This is a critical position in growing our local and national accounts while representing our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems (experience with Ceipal, JobDiva, SalesForce, etc).
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate and work closely with delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Communicate client needs, expectations, and feedback.
  • Monitor the progress of open requisitions and provide updates to clients.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment and placement process.
  • Manage candidate submission and interview process.
