Compensation and Benefits: Influencing compensation and benefits strategy and policy to ensure its appropriate implementation across the business.

Performance Appraisal: Conducting comprehensive performance appraisals and facilitating constructive communication and career development programs to support employee growth.

Data Analysis: Analyzing HR data, generating detailed reports, and maintaining key HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Career Development: Leading career discussions and high-potential (HIPO) development programs to empower employees to achieve their career goals.

Event Planning: Planning and organizing engaging on-floor events and meetings to enhance team cohesion and contribute to a vibrant workplace environment.
