Job Title: Senior Regional Business Development Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts in South Asia. As Senior Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on industry trends, competitor analysis, market needs, resources, and support requirements.
- Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers across the region.
- Foster a high-performance work culture, ensuring succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar field.
- Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
