**Job Title:** Regional Performance Manager

The Regional Performance Manager is a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring operational efficiency. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the performance of our regional teams, focusing on disbursement targets, customer relationships, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure achievement of daily/weekly collections targets through effective disbursement and repayment management.
  • Identify Joint Liability Groups and disbursed loans suitable for target customers and geographies, promoting deeper market penetration.
  • Develop and manage teams across assigned territories to drive business growth, enhance customer relationships, and expand operational areas.
  • Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions and areas, identifying opportunities for geographical expansion.
  • Maintain portfolio quality by tracking normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds, ensuring weekly/daily meetings with centre teams.
  • Foster strong client relationships internally and externally, building a strong brand identity with potential customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales officer in microfinance business, with a flair for sales and relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG model working.
