Job Title: Technical Roadmap Specialist

As a Technical Roadmap Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in defining the technical roadmap and ensuring alignment to reference architecture, enterprise data standards, and modernisation priorities.

You will pave the way for squads to deliver autonomously at pace by removing technology blockers, decoupling applications, and streamlining processes.

Key responsibilities include planning, definition, and high-level design of solutions, working with chapter leads on defining and forecasting Crew tech capability requirements, and supporting implementation of practices, tooling, and training provided in the Crew.

You will also drive operational excellence, support teams in charge of mission-critical production services, and ensure delivery within established parameters while actively managing and mitigating delivery and delivered risk.

  • Sound knowledge of large-scale distributed systems, Microservices, and Rest API Integration
  • Cloud - AWS large scale data warehouse implementation experience
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions

Desirable skills include proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript or C#), experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), and knowledge of or experience in Anthropic Claude, Llama, LiteLLM, Cursor, Codeium, Vercel, Continue, Aider, Cline, Langchain, Langgraph, Hugging Face.

Strong technical leadership skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems are essential.
