Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Solutions Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering technical solutions that meet customer needs, with a strong focus on infrastructure implementation and support.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, and virtualization architecture
  • Identify hardware and software requirements related to product implementation
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure
  • Deploy hardware, software, and application monitoring tools
  • Use automation for deployments and system upgrades
  • Diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions within agreed SLAs
  • Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications
  • Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation
  • Participate in design reviews of HLDs and LLDs with customers
  • Evaluate new technologies
  • Creation of customer requested reports and communication

About You

  • Key Qualifications:
  • 9 to 11 years of experience in Software and Hardware Infrastructure implementation and support
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software infrastructure trends
  • Ability to design and implement highly available architectures
  • Experience with automation and scripting tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
