Job Description

Position Overview

Previse Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Technical Solutions Leader to spearhead all technical and developmentrelated efforts in our India office. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, leading technical teams, and driving innovative, cuttingedge solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned professional with 8+ years of progressive experience in technical leadership, software development, and solution architecture. They must have a proven track record in delivering clientfacing solutions, managing crossfunctional teams, and driving business growth. The role requires someone with the technical acumen to architect solutions, the leadership skills to inspire teams, and the communication abilities to build trust and credibility with global clients.

This is also a critical leadership position that reports directly to our CEO. As a member of the executive management team, your strategic contributions will help shape the company's technology vision and influence the solutions we bring to market. Beyond technical delivery, you will collaborate with our leadership on presales and gotomarket activities, ensuring that our offerings meet client needs while supporting revenue growth. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to sell new services, expand into new markets, and drive the continued growth of Previse.

This role is based in our Calicut, India office. Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite with our local team. Workfromhome flexibility may be negotiated after a period of proven performance.

Location and Employment

  • Location: Hilite Business Park Tower 2, Kozhikode Kerela (onsite work required; remote work may be considered after demonstrating exceptional performance).

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and Development

  • Oversee all technical development efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Design, architect, and develop innovative software solutions that align with business and client goals.
  • Proactively present technical solutions for Previse products and client needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and thought leadership to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement cuttingedge solutions.
  • Whiteboard and ideate solutions with clients: Facilitate collaborative whiteboard sessions with clients to translate business requirements into technical designs, demonstrating the ability to think on your feet and simplify complex concepts.

Client and Account Management

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations during client engagements.
  • Build trust and longlasting relationships with clients through professionalism, responsiveness, and innovative thinking.
  • Work with U.S. clients: Leverage prior work experience in the United States (or substantial experience working with clients) to understand U.S. business culture, communication styles, and expectations.

Team Leadership and Operations

  • Lead and inspire the technical team in India, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
  • Mentor and guide team members in their professional growth and technical skill development.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, resource allocation, and delivery quality.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of developers and engineers.

Strategic Growth & Executive Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive management team to define and execute technology strategies that support Previse's business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership during presales engagements; partner with sales and marketing teams to design solutions that help win new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and market opportunities that can drive revenue growth, competitive differentiation, and improved client outcomes.
  • Contribute to corporate planning and forecasting as part of the executive management team, ensuring technical initiatives align with financial goals.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and architecture with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong handson experience in designing and implementing enterpriselevel solutions.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, ) and frameworks such as Spring Boot, React, and Angular.
  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) with handson experience in designing and deploying scalable solutions.
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API development, and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization).
  • Fullstack development experience.
  • Integration and API management skills: Experience designing and deploying integrations using leading platforms such as MuleSoft Anypoint and other API management tools.
  • Contact center technologies: Familiarity with Amazon Connect and its ecosystem (Lex, Contact Lens, Lambda and Q) and exposure to AIdriven contact center solutions.
  • Presales and solutioning: Ability to design and articulate solutions across Previse's service portfolio, including Agile software engineering, cloud migration, EIS Suite integration, Salesforce development, MuleSoft integration, APIled system integration, managed services, and web portal development.
  • Handson development, QA, and integration experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly desired.

Leadership and ClientFacing Skills

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and managing client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong solutioning skills, with a track record of delivering innovative and scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively manage client expectations and handle escalations with professionalism and tact.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct productive whiteboard sessions and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading development, QA, and DevOps teams for at least 5 years.
  • Cultural fluency: Proven success working in the United States or directly supporting U.S. clients, with an understanding of U.S. business practices and client expectations.
  • US Based Work Experience: Experience working in the US is highly desired.
