Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Kerala, India. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across our diverse business sectors, ensuring operational efficiency and quality standards. The manager will coordinate with various departments, manage resources, optimize processes, and implement best practices. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, providing leadership and guidance to teams, and developing strategies to drive operational excellence and growth.

Qualifications

  • Operational management experience in resorts ,hotel, real or adventure parks
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in process optimization, resource management, and performance monitoring
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency and growth
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in a managerial role and familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
  • Training skills needed.
