Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Kozhikode. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our living facilities, ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining high standards of service. Core responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating maintenance, handling budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing operational processes, and fostering a positive community environment. The role also involves monitoring occupancy, implementing safety protocols, resolving tenant issues, and improving customer satisfaction.
