We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise owners, partners, and stakeholders.
Your primary objective will be to promote and sell Coffee N Recharge franchise opportunities to potential investors and entrepreneurs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, partners, and stakeholders
- Handle both on-field and off-field sales activities (client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups)
- Understand client needs, explain the franchise model, and guide them through the onboarding process
- Ensure smooth coordination between franchisees and the company for long-term success
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (F&B/Franchise/Service industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Tamil & English
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling sales discussions
- Ability to present the brand professionally to potential investors
