We are seeking a skilled Reddit Lead Generation Specialist to identify, engage, and convert potential clients through targeted online communities.

About the Role
  • Research and identify relevant subreddits where target clients are active, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • B uild authentic presence by contributing valuable posts, comments, and discussions that showcase expertise and thought leadership.
  • Hunt for client opportunities by identifying pain points, questions, and demand signals that can be addressed through strategic outreach.
  • Execute outreach strategies (DMs, comments, posts) while complying with Reddit rules and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Track and report leads generated through Reddit activities, using data to inform future strategy and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor subreddit trends, competitor activity, and engagement opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience with Reddit marketing, community management, or lead generation, with a strong understanding of Reddit culture and etiquette.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per subreddit, ensuring a high level of engagement and relevance.
  • Experience in client hunting, B2B/B2C lead generation, or social selling, with a track record of success in generating qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with tools for Reddit monitoring, scheduling, and analytics, with a willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
