About Community Growth Role

We are a platform enabling creators, community owners, and digital marketers to monetize their content and engagement. Our platform empowers administrators of high-traffic sources to turn their audience into revenue streams.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growth team as a Community Growth Partner. As a fully remote, freelance, commission-based role, it's ideal for students, recent graduates, freelancers, creators, or outreach specialists with strong communication skills and experience in online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to community admins (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.) to onboard them to our platform.
  • Describe how our platform operates, its advantages, and how it compares to competitors.
  • Ensure interested admins use the platform actively for at least 7 days.
  • Report leads and usage via a shared tracker.
Benefits and Earnings:
  • Earn ₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity).
  • Enjoy a 5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars).
