We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads Specialist to lead the management of top-tier client accounts and spearhead advertising strategies.

Your Mission

Optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max to drive impactful results.

Foster comprehensive ad strategies focused on conversions, lead generation, or app installs, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, extensions, landing pages, and bidding strategies to refine campaign performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-return campaigns that meet business objectives.

Analyze performance metrics using GA4, Google Ads Dashboard, and Looker Studio to generate actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with budgets exceeding $20K/month.
  • Demonstrated expertise in keyword research, campaign segmentation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills: can distill large datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven individual.
