About This RoleWe are seeking a creative and data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills in audience research and targeting strategies, working closely with our creative team to develop video ads, scripts, and funnels that drive results. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute YouTube ad campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads.
- Create effective audience research and targeting strategies to reach our ideal customer base.
- Collaborate with our creative team to design engaging video ads, scripts, and funnels that maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize ad spend to achieve positive returns.
- Analyze data and present key findings to clients and leadership to inform strategic decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3–5 years of experience in running YouTube Ads campaigns.
- A proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads through paid video advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, and tracking & analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, funnel creation, and retargeting strategies.
- A creative mindset with the ability to write compelling scripts and optimize ad creatives.
- A data-driven approach, making decisions based on metrics and data rather than intuition or guesswork.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Experience with AdWords or Google Ads.
- Video editing or scriptwriting skills.
- Previous work with US or international B2B markets.
