About This Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute YouTube ad campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Create effective audience research and targeting strategies to reach our ideal customer base.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to design engaging video ads, scripts, and funnels that maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize ad spend to achieve positive returns.
  • Analyze data and present key findings to clients and leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in running YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • A proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads through paid video advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, and tracking & analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of audience targeting, funnel creation, and retargeting strategies.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to write compelling scripts and optimize ad creatives.
  • A data-driven approach, making decisions based on metrics and data rather than intuition or guesswork.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

  • Video editing or scriptwriting skills.
  • Previous work with US or international B2B markets.
