Job Title: Performance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned performance specialist to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaigns.
  • Daily monitoring and optimization of campaign performance for conversions, ROAS, and CPL.
  • A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
