Drive Campaign Growth as a Performance Marketing Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage paid campaigns across various platforms and drive business growth. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and managing high-impact campaign strategies that meet desired outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven campaign strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise to achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborate with creatives to create engaging ad copy and materials.
  • Built and test different audience segments and funnels to improve conversions.
  • Monitor campaign spend and adjust budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform changes and leverage growth hacking techniques.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
