**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (including internships).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools, as well as a problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.
