We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional in paid advertising to take their skills to the next level. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful results for our clients. Your expertise will help drive measurable ROI and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end paid marketing strategies
  • Build funnels aligned with client objectives
  • Execute audience segmentation and targeting
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize daily
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters on ad creatives
  • Manage budgets and campaign scaling
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling
  • Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
